Study Visit to Auschwitz

In 2011, representatives and cooperation partners of the NGO Never Again Rwanda carried out a study visit to Germany and Poland. There, they explored how Germans came to terms with their country’s violent past, in particular with what is commonly called the Holocaust. Their endeavour was organized under the heading "Sharing the Past, Shaping the Future" and was funded by ZFD, the Civil Peace Service in Rwanda. The photo shows a guided tour at the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, the former German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp.
